Jonathan Wolk started sketching floor plans as a kid and built a cabin on the side of a mountain in Alaska during architecture school — digging to permafrost and spiking logs together by hand. That’s where he first understood what design-build really means. After 25+ years as a licensed architect, he deliberately got his general contractor’s license and real estate broker’s license so he could understand every angle of every project. He founded WOLK360 in 2016 as the Triangle’s only fully integrated architecture, construction, and real estate firm.
